The best brownies ever

There are thousands recipes - in the magazines, online, ... in the books. I just try them - to see if they will come delicious or not. (Pity but many of them are not really good - one of the reasons why is that I transform them in a gluten and lactose free for my boys - son & husband.)

I tried brownies this time.  (I do not know the difference between brownies and a chocolate cake which my man makes once per week, at least :) The reason why I went for this recipe was that there were not many ingredients to use. (Ah, first difference! :-)

And as we have all the time fresh eggs, flour, sugar, etc at home and we do not have to run to the closest shop to buy any ... I just mixed ingredients in a bawl, put in in the oven and excellent brownies was born! (Ooh, 2nd difference - brownies you can make in 1 bowl only!)

How does it taste? Amazing! Like a crispy real caramel milky bonbon! Incredibly good! Brownies was not dry, not hard like a stone on a second day ... Was keeping a rich consistence.
You say that there is a lot of sugar - Yes, it is true cos it is needed to make and get caramel taste.

I took a picture of an original recipe.
Use all ingredients ... but if you wanna make an gluten and lactose free version just add:
1 more egg,
1 tea spoon of baking powder
and of course gluten free flour special for baking and making cakes

Advice 1:
Don't waste your time to cook chocolate in a hot bath. Just put it together with a butter in a pot and make it hot.
Advice 2:
Cook it at least 45 minutes - so double time.
